Well located hotel. Clean and modern.

So cozy and comfy. Great spot!

Casual Fuentes was great. Family of 4 stayed in a room with plenty of bedding, quiet and a/c worked, etc. Right above great shopping and eating. Would stay again.

Family of four, room very spacious and clean. Regular housekeeping. Delighted with our stay. Location excellent, lots of nice restaurants and shops close by. Beautiful area of the city to base yourself in.

Convenient location - near the shops, cafes, historical sites, etc. Room was clean and tidy. Easy to access. Definitely highly recommended. One suggestion though… it would be handy to have fridge in the room.

Very nice location. You can hear the voices and noise from the street.

Great directions. Easy stay. The no check in is something to get used to. But it worked for all of us for the one night stay. The leave your bags elsewhere is not convenient, but not terrible. Thanks

Great location and clean tidy comfortable accommodation

The room was very clean and modern. I will definitely stay again. The only criticism I can make and it is a very small one; It would be convenient to have wall sockets which incorporate outlets for phone chargers by the bed.

AC didn’t work. I want it to help to speed up my clothes drying. Otherwise it was not needed.

Nice and quick access, very easy to find. Simple and clean design. You have everything needed in the room. It's nice, that at the next street there is another hotel of the chain, so you may leave the luggage there if needed. Very friendly staff

Beautiful, new, modern rooms. Comfortable beds, very clean, gorgeous bathroom, excellent location with views in old town. Great price and self check-in. Highly recommend!

Great experience overall.

A no-frills hotel but very clean and comfortable and right in the heart of the old town. Friendly, helpful staff who went above and beyond when we couldn't work the air conditioner. My only criticism is that the inward-facing room we had was a little dark (although nice and quiet).

Newly update hotel, very well located, tons of restaurants, our room was very quiet, and very nice (on the small side). No staff in this location, but staff from a location nearby are very helpful.

La atencion fue terrible, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba se reporto y me dijeron q lo unico q podian hacer era recomendarme un heladeria para que nos refrescaramos, lamentable pagar y que lo traten a una asi.
