Perfect location close to everything, the place is spotless clean and well maintained, parking lot just around the corner. 10/10!

Our two bedroom apartment was very nicely done. It is very modern and you’ll have every thing you need. It is close to lots of shops and restaurants and it was very quiet. We couldn’t figure out the stove but we didn’t really need it and I’m sure we could have gotten in touch with management. We were very impressed with the apartment’s decor and appliances.

Apartment is as as pictured. Really lovely space and the terrace was beautiful. Check in was simple. I do recommend and would choose to stay again.

Very nice and clean. Close to attractions

A very comfortable property - I enjoyed my stay very much. The kitchen was not really extremely well equipped for any serious cooking (no bowls to toss a salad in, no basics such as salt and pepper), but functional. Good bed. Nice work area. The only complaint I had was here that was absolutely ZERO response from the hosts when I tried to contact them on two separate occasions via the WhatsApp number they supplied (supplied in their lobby, on the room door, in contact info). I would certainly consider staying here again - the location was excellent… near the center of old town without being engulfed by it and feeling completely touristy.

Great place

Fantastic location! Short walk to everything you want to see. Super close by Grocery store and endless cafes and shops. I appreciated the easy access into the building and apartment. The apartment is super clean and modern and has everything you need (except basics salt, sugar, oil etc) surprisingly comfortable bed and perfect amount of space for our family. AC is not adjustable but is set at a very comfortable temperature. We heard zero street noise. Also Loved having the option to store our luggage within the building in secure lockers so we could take advantage of the rest of the day. Each locker was deep and cost 1€ and no time limit. We would stay in these apartments again!!

A nice location, but the room was more “compact” than we thought. Very clean, and remote communication was good. Salamanca is fabulous!

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Management was really quick to respond to any question or request. I would totally stay here again.

There was absolutely zero soundproofing in the room, do not choose if you intend to sleep. The air conditioning/heating was also stuck pumping 30 degree heat into the room even when set to cooling and low temp. Terrible, the cleanliness was its only redeeming feature.

Great location, walking distance to the Teatro Monumental, Plaza Santa Ana, Mercado Anton Martín, etc. The only thing small room and common bathroom. Everything very clean

The check in was a little complicated, but a maintenance guy helped us, and help us. He was great. The apartment was beautiful, modern, clean and in a great location. Parking could’ve been a issue, but we lucked out…
