Very central location and wonderful staff. The room was clean and well appointed. Nice bathroom and services. We just wish there was a smart TV!

Great Location and Space, But the Smell Was a Dealbreaker The location was great and the size of the apartment was awesome. I loved that it had everything we needed—kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, laundry, and a living room. It was super convenient, especially since we were visiting the Alhambra. Unfortunately, as soon as we walked in, the room smelled like sewage. We tried airing it out, but it actually got worse when we opened the windows. We even bought incense to help, but nothing worked. On top of that, the area was really noisy—people were out until at least 1 a.m., and the noise from tourists and music made it hard to sleep. Overall, the convenience and space were great, ladies at front desk helpful/sweet, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The smell alone ruined the experience for me.

Clean good quality well equipped apartment. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good central location. Only downside was online check-in of 4 persons full details including IDs by smartphone which could have been done more easily at the booking stage.

As a mother of 2 young children I needed a hotel with accommodating amenities such as a small kitchen with fridge and laundry machine (very effective even for its small load size). This hotel was very practical in that sense. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. Floors are very dirty and will make your feet black, regardless of how often they come by to clean. After the room was cleaned (every 4th day) the floors were still dirty. But again, we were there for the practicality of the hotel. Not the luxury. If your room is facing the city center, like ours was, you will experience lots of noise. The balcony doors however do an excellent job of cancelling out the noise. You will sleep peacefully and wake up to a strong but beautiful sunshine. Over all, this property is best for those traveling with small children who might be picky eaters. It also helps that there is a local Carrefour express very near by.

One of the best apartments I have ever stayed traveling in Europe. Central location, very clean and well equipped. There is an attendant in reception area, very friendly and helpful answering any questions I had.

The property is right on Plaza Nuevo, so it definitely centrally located, but loud. The apartment is spacious for the value. It even had a washer, which was great. Everything is walkable from there. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Customer service excellent - room has a consistent smell of humidity and sewer that makes the stay uncomfortable. Location is fantastic.

Everything was as expected - bathroom was a little dated in apartment 401 and the internet never worked - BUT - the location was unbeatable!

히터가 엄청 잘 나오는 호텔이었습니다. 시설은 매우 깨끗했고 번화가에 있어서 창문 열면 약간 시끄러웠습니다.(주말) 잠자는 시간에는 그래도 조용했네요. 알함브라궁전과 니콜라스전망대 모두 걸어갈 수있는 위치의 호텔이어서 좋았습니다. 공항가는 알사버스 정류장도 완전 가까워요. 근처에 슈퍼는 까르푸 익스프레스 있었습니다. 부엌 식기가 잘 구비되어 있어 음식 해먹기에도 좋았습니다.
