Great location with a beautiful view. However, the tile in the bathroom is moldy, especially in the shower.

Fantastic location, you can easily walk all the main attractions and a quick walk (uphill) to Alhambra. The property was clean for the most part but very dusty and had a damp smell. The property is loud at night but that's due to being so central. The living area did not look like the pictures and was smaller and less appealing but otherwise all amenities were as listed. Great communication on how to get to the property with a car.

The apartment was fairly nice and location was pretty good. But WIFI did not work and the staff were not able to fix it during our stay despite them coming into our apartment and working in the bathroom during the stay. The coffee machine was also quite dirty. Some staff were more friendly than others.

Centrally located for easy walking around city. Nearby to wonderful restaurants and sites. Apartment was spotless. Had one minor issue with wifi who h was fixed immediately. Easy checkin and access through their app. Highly recommend.

Great Location and Space, But the Smell Was a Dealbreaker The location was great and the size of the apartment was awesome. I loved that it had everything we needed—kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, laundry, and a living room. It was super convenient, especially since we were visiting the Alhambra. Unfortunately, as soon as we walked in, the room smelled like sewage. We tried airing it out, but it actually got worse when we opened the windows. We even bought incense to help, but nothing worked. On top of that, the area was really noisy—people were out until at least 1 a.m., and the noise from tourists and music made it hard to sleep. Overall, the convenience and space were great, ladies at front desk helpful/sweet, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The smell alone ruined the experience for me.

Clean good quality well equipped apartment. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good central location. Only downside was online check-in of 4 persons full details including IDs by smartphone which could have been done more easily at the booking stage.

As a mother of 2 young children I needed a hotel with accommodating amenities such as a small kitchen with fridge and laundry machine (very effective even for its small load size). This hotel was very practical in that sense. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. Floors are very dirty and will make your feet black, regardless of how often they come by to clean. After the room was cleaned (every 4th day) the floors were still dirty. But again, we were there for the practicality of the hotel. Not the luxury. If your room is facing the city center, like ours was, you will experience lots of noise. The balcony doors however do an excellent job of cancelling out the noise. You will sleep peacefully and wake up to a strong but beautiful sunshine. Over all, this property is best for those traveling with small children who might be picky eaters. It also helps that there is a local Carrefour express very near by.
