We stayed at Batimont Suites & Apartments in Bilbao for a weekend and booked a studio, expecting it to be quite small—but we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The studio was a very good size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect: just moments away from Bilbao Gran Vía and Café Iruña, and only about a 10-minute walk from Puppy and the Guggenheim Museum. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. You can tell they really think about the details. They even provide a Dyson hairdryer and a steam iron, which felt like a real luxury and was much appreciated. The only thing missing was toiletries. As someone with long hair, I’d suggest adding conditioner as well—it would be a great extra touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Batimont Suites & Apartments and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bilbao.

The hotel is very clean and in a good location. No frills, which is expected for the price I paid. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, there are restaurants and coffee shops directly outside for convenience. It is very walkable to the major sites of Bilbao. Would stay again, if I were to return to the city.

Neat and tidy room at a great location. It is a five-minute walk from the train station. There's also a really cute cafe right next to it, so convenient for breakfast.

Great location right across a park and next to Cafe Iruña. Walkable everywhere. Hotel in great condition. Heated floors I think since every time I lay something on the ground it’s warm to the touch which I love. Small kitchen included and a plus for the steamer. I only stayed one night and I will definitely go back again. Didn’t want to leave Bilbao because of the beautiful weather. Will definitely be back here in this spot maybe next time I can get a park view.

The hotel is stylish and clean. It is very close to metro station and several minutes away from bus stops. Easy to travel from the airport and to all destinations. Like the view of the park too.

Lovely near new apartment and the staff were very friendly. But no aircon nor ventilation in bathroom so there was a lot of condensation on the floor . The worst was under the bed with puddles of water.

Staff was very nice. But this hotel has some fancy "in the floor" cooling system which simply doesn't work. I was constant 25 degrees in the room and the nly help was opened windows. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work and everythig was foggy in five seconds. Parking is available but for another 25 euros per night. Though oarion is fntastic I would pick something else next time.

Good location between the old town and the guggenheim museum. Also close to the train station. The apartments are spacious, comfortable beds however they use a cooling/heating system that didn’t seem to work in our room. The thermostat is locked and controlled by the front desk staff. Ours remained at 24 and we were not able to sleep. The outside temp was cooler but you cannot open the windows. On 3 different days and 3 employees later, nobody took responsibility for the issue. The claimed the unit was working, yet the temp remained high (which they can clearly see on their screens). After 3 days nothing was resolved so we decided to cut our visit short.

Relaxing suite overlooking a park. I spent seven days in Bilbao and the hotel was very well located for everything I wanted to do. Especially nice to have a kitchen so I didn't have to eat every meal in a restaurant. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

Great location and clean. Kitchen basic and no safe in what was a spacious room. Wi-Fi identified as having poor security. Staff functional.

It’s a very nice property. Modern, clean, and well located within 10-12 min walking time to Guggenheim and the old town. Our room had a small balcony that overlooks the very nice public park out front. My only big complaint is that they didn’t tell us that there would be jackhammering construction on the property while we were there. Didn’t seem to care when we brought it up. Also-check-in seemed unnecessarily slow.
