Great place to stay for a few days skiing in Sierra Nevada. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was really clean and well equipped for cooking some meals. Loved that it had a dish washer and washing machine. Beds were comfy and lots of hot water. Everything was great. Wasn't sure how to use the heating, seemed to stay warm when we tried to cool the apartment down, but wasn't a major problem. It was really close to the hotel/accommodation chair lift...wish we used it on the first day! Definitely would stay here again.

We travelled following the storms in Sierra Nevada in February. The staff at Bibo were amazing, keeping us well informed throughout and even managing to arrange alternative accommodation for us on a day where we were unable to enter the resort! Very impressive!

The room was lovely however we noticed the heating wasn’t working in the living room on our second night and the washing machine didn’t work . We notified reception that evening , they came and gave us heaters and said the problem would be resolved . The following morning (after our second night of a 5 night stay ) the cleaner rang the bell and tried to enter the room to clean as he thought we had checked out . When I explained he was very apologetic. Later that evening , after 8.30pm the door to our apartment was opened and the lady from reception entered with new guests, she thought we had left that morning . Needless to say at that point we were concerned about our security. We went out on Monday evening and came back to find the door to our room open , at that point we decided we did not feel safe in the apartment and we would leave one day early

Great location, friendly staff. Bathroom shower leaks water on the floor and could hear the neighbors partying and arguing - otherwise would be 5*

Super clean, ample and totally renewed. I stayed at one of the best hotels there last year, this is a much better option. 50 meters from the ski lift, where you can buy lift passes too!

The flat is very nice. It has been modernised and the lounge and kitchen area are big and you can relax there as a family. It’s very close to the loft to take you to the ski area and there are nice views of the mountains. The owners are wonderful as they have great communication, are very helpful and very flexible

Situación estupenda. Aunque es "zona media" de Sierra Nevada, es mejor que otros sitios de zona baja porque el telesilla está al lado. Eso sí, solo en horario de telesilla Parador. La alfombra hay que cambiarla, porque suelta muchísimo pelo. Lo demás estupendo, casi un 10.

La experiencia final fue desagradable ya que dejé el apartamento a las 9 de la mañana, el parking que pagamos aparte a las 17. El caso es que me envían un mensaje acusándome de intentar entrar a las 19,30 cuando ya estábamos de regreso en nuestra ciudad. Los códigos deben inutilizarse y si acusas sin sentido saber pedir disculpa. Una pena ya que el alojamiento nos gustó y pensábamos repetir.

Todo fue genia tanto el trato como la habitación bastante amplia y todo en muy buen estado! Genial para pasar unos días en familia en la sierra
