I was notified a few hours before my check in that there was a technical error with my reservation and the room i reserved is currently occupied by another guest. They offered me another apt . when i got there at 4pm check-in...i was not greeted by soemone till 4:45pm. The room was fine but i had to check out the following day by 11am to move back into my original room. I went there and had to store my luggage in a closet there till 4pm again!!!. I was told i must come back to the property at 4pm again to get my luggage . Having my day interrupted....i returned at 4pm and again the room was not ready till 5pm. My entire day in barcelona was inconveniently interrupted by the check in and out process! The room had a very strong order that gave me a headache...The AC unit above my bed was leaking water down my bed. so i couldn't use the AC . Everything about this experience turned out to be the worst booking i ever had.

Mallorca Rooms sent us five messages per day reminding us of numerous rules and the check-in and check-out times, which made us feel like children. We also had to pay extra to use the air conditioning, and many other services required additional charges. For this reason, I recommend spending a little more and booking a proper hotel instead.

Es un buen lugar para hospedarse, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Está ubicado en una zona en la que nos sentimos seguros y con fácil acceso. Lo del baño compartido con los demás huéspedes no fue problema, ya que habían dos baños. El único problema fue con el wifi ya que no funcionaba de resto todo perfecto. Recomendado!

Generally a functional apartment which fits the purpose except that WIFI only works reasonably in common entrance areas where WIFI device is placed. Extra cost of EUR10/day has been charged for using air-conditioning in sleeping room.

Great place

Chambre et appartement très propre, et très bien placée et la personne qui nous a accueilli était elle aussi formidable. Cependant la chambre donnait sur la rue et c'était extrêmement bruyant ! Les murs sont très fins et le lit grince malgré qu'il soit très confortable.

Très bien située, ménage fait tous les jours dans les parties communes. Un peu bruyant côté rue. Chambres spatieuses.
