Lovely well located apartment.

Better suited to a couple

We were disappointed by our ‘courtyard’ view room, it was a hotel room essentially in the basement…with a window in the bedroom that was inaccessible and was below street level. After our first night we let the hotel room know our room had a dampness to everything, our bedding felt wet. They said they would have housekeeping come by to check but never did. We stayed 3 nights and never had housekeeping. Drywall had black mold spots in stairwell. The location itself was great, but I would avoid staying in the basement room if you are able to.

Fantastic place in old town with Balcony, plenty of space and a great bathroom. 2 mins walk from front door and you are in the main areas of Palma. I’d stay here again. Perfect apartment for those using public transport.

The property was clean and well-maintained, located in a very safe neighborhood within walking distance to everything. While it’s a bit far from public transportation, the host was amazing—very communicative, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful with all our questions. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

ON ARRIVAL THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY BOOKING. I HAD TO WAIT IN THE STREET FOR20 MINUTES WHILE THEY SORTED IT OUT. CLEAN BUT APPALLING LAYOUT, WITH THE BATHROOM DOWNSTAIRS AND BEDROOM UPSTAIRS. NO TV UPSTAIRS AND TV DOWNSTAIRS NOT ON A SWIVEL AND IMPOSSIBLE TO WATCH FROM THE SOFA. ALSO THE BAREST MINIMUM OF AMENITIES PROVIDED FOR THE PRICE

Great central location, clean and beautiful place. Apartments are spacious and full of useful appliances (fridge, water kettle, coffee maker).

Great location, easy self serve check in, and good correspondence from the can Seville team. Will definitely return, this is my 3rd time visiting Palma old town and everything was great. Only a very small point the appt could just do with having a toaster and a mirror in the bedroom. Apart from that perfect!

A lovely service apartment, big bedroom, kitchen and lounge - lovely shower room. The location was excellent in the heart of the old town. Would HIGHLY recommend. The only points to note is its in a pedestrian area, so no where to park if you have a car, but plenty of underground car parks all around. Very near the old town sights. The sofa bed is a bit rickety, and it is an automated reception which works fine but not if you're expecting to see someone.

Whilst the apartment was clean and functional, it did not match what I was expecting. Photos show a light apartment with space. Ours was cramped and dark. We had to switch on lights whenever we were in. Facities - dishwasher at head height was difficult to load/unload. Where it was placed made access to the sink very ackward. It also reduce the availability of work surface. I was intending to cook using lovely local produce but this was not practical. The bedroom downstairs had no storage space. The toilet was directly in the bedroom which was not pleasant. I loved Palma but not the apartment and feel I have been considerably overcharged for what I got. Very disappointed and not worth EUR 125 per night

Great apartment right where we wanted to be - in the centre of the old town. Well equipped with all you need and importantly a comfortable bed. Carrer de Savellà and surrounding streets are wonderfully atmospheric. We will return.

Excellent location to visit Palma! Very clean and well organised little duplex. The only disappointment was the basement floor we felt very much in a cave for the bedroom and bathroom without windows , we wished we had been advised before when we booked ! Good self check in and very good amenities in the flat.

Perfect accommodation and location for purposes of our family break. Also being able to check in early was a great help.

This apartment is beautifully decorated in the centre of Palma. This is our second stay in a terrace apartment, which speaks for itself! Would highly recommend to other couples.

Sentralt og koselig leilighet!

子連れ旅だったので部屋にキッチン、洗濯機、食洗機まで用意されていて便利でした。洗剤類もありました。スペインの家庭では夏場は夕飯なども涼しくなったテラスで食べることが多いため、今回の滞在ではテラスでそんな気分を味わえたのも良かったです。街の中心の小さな小路に位置しますが、怖いことはない裏路です。馬車の通り道ということもあり、道は臭いますが、アパルトメント内やテラスはとても清潔で居心地が良かったです。

Logement au top ! En plein centre historique, dans une rue typique de Palma. Appartement très propre, spacieux avec terrasse et roof top. Magnifique tout simplement.
