Nice big bed, no balcony, not sure we had the room we booked but its in a good location and good price. Very clean!

My room have no window and not very bright which they have mentioned because we booked on hotel.com it’s not showing the info. I booked on here because I saw the photo from hotel.com have windows and looks bright. Also my bathroom door is broken, so the water when shower keeps splashing out… However the location is really close to the center. I think the price mainly pay for the convenience of the location.

The room was perfectly located right in the heart of Madrid. However it was very basic. We had three hangers between two of us, there were no shelves or hooks to put your clothes. They provided one coffee sachet and two sugar sachets, no milk or tea. No bin for the room. There was no attention to detail at all. This was a shame as it could have been so much nicer with a little love.

Good location for touring the center of the city but not much else. Room was tiny and didn't feel particularly clean or well kept up. Not bad enough for me to switch hotels but definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Perfect location, really nice place, a bit cold at the night. Loved that it has lockers before and after check in/out. Would recomend

The access and shutters to one of the balconies was broken which really affected how nice the room felt. The room was pretty small and basic but other than the window everything worked ok

The room was lovely! However it was quite loud on the weekend with partiers so we woke up ever other hour and didn’t get much sleep. People vomiting and doing the deed loudly lol! The entrance was in an alley near the city centre so sort of expected. Entrance instructions weren’t super clear, you have to go up several flights of stairs to get to the “1st floor” where they said our room was. Otherwise it was really clean and the available lockers were really convenient! Access the the city centre was perfect for walking.

Very close to everything. Communication with the host was very smooth and the property has easy access with the advantage of the locker.

After our arrival we chose to go stay elsewhere. The place was filthy, graffiti on the outside of the front door. Upon entry to the lobby it was dark, dirty and stinky trash cans inside. There wasn’t any staff. The location would have been great if we felt comfortable but we didnt so we left and stayed at the hard rock hotel in Madrid. We feel like the place was advertised as something more than it was. Unfortunately I was charged 350 $ for my full stay of 2 nights by Expedia but didn’t spend 10 minutes there

Excelente Ubicacion!

The staff on this place was great. They cleaned everyday during our stay. Communication is through mobile and email. Remember this before booking: this is a room with bathroom. No front desk. Both we understood and we didn’t have any problems. Everything was walkable distance. Restaurants, center in Madrid , grocery store you name it. The place was clean. Smells great in the hallway since the washer for the cleaners is by the hall. This street is very busy. If you are a light sleeper this might be an issue. My family enjoyed it. We felt safe. Police dept was just outside as well. There is a luggage locker in case you come in early before check in. I highly recommend this place. We would come back again.

Pros: Really good location. Easy to get in. Fast response host Cons: paper thin walls. Light in bathroom could be cosier.
