Clean property and attentive staff. The locks are a bit rough to use but otherwise everything worth the price

Excellent comfortable quiet and clean room giving on to inner patio. Very convenient location close to medieval quarter except for no parking readily available nearby except expensive private car park.

Location was great. Check in was easy, though no English speaking staff available. However, we weren’t able to sleep more than 3 hours because the hotel was so loud. Slamming doors all night, people talking just outside our room, some guy on the phone until 3am. Had to try to sleep wearing headphones. It wasn’t a restful night‘s sleep. Don’t accept room 11. It’s right off the main entrance to the hotel and there is a public bathroom (we thought it was a storage closet) that shares a wall with this room. It’s very loud and the staff closes up shop at 10pm, we’ll before the noise begins for the night. Notified them of this in the morning and the staff didn’t seem to care. Will not be staying here again.

No air conditioning and not even a fan so with hot summer temperatures it was unbearable. Opening the window didn't help and it was so loud outside (regardless of an open or closed window) with traffic and very loud people constantly partying outside ALL night I got zero sleep. And Wi-Fi was not strong enough to reach my room.

Comfortable room well located for the old town. There isn’t any air conditioning but they kindly provided a fan.

Great location within a short walking distance of the famous Casas Colgadas - and a short walk into the centre of town. Also does great food if you are in the area! Would definitely stay there again when we return to the beautiful city of Cuenca! We parked about half a mile away at the polideportivo which was free but there is plenty of cheap parking in the area if you don't want to walk - especially if you are out of season.

La ubicacion perfecta para visitar Cuenca no hay parking , pero alrededores si hay habitacion pequena y de estilo viejo, pero nos ha gustado mucho y muy bien de precio. hay un restaurante

Habitaciónes antiguas pero con su encanto.Muy céntrico a todo .El resto del día estuvimos fuera,solo estuvimos para dormir.Pasamos algo de frío ya que la calefacción es por radiadores y estaban apagados.Para lo que íbamos a hacer en la ciudad,nos basto.

Sólo un déficit a comentar, la mala insonorización de la habitación.Seria interesante un sistema de cierre de ventana que aísle del exterior

Hemos estado alojados aquí esta don de semana, y la verdad, sin grandes lujos, pero no hemos echado nada en falta. Todos muy amables, excelente trato, muy limpio, céntrico, en resumen, volveremos seguro

Me gustó la posada, tranquila, espaciosa, económica y cerca de los lugares más bonitos que visitar en Cuenca.
