Check in took a very long time and the staff was not welcoming at all and ignoring its customers .. the lac of customer service at the reception was a bad experience

Do not come in with plastic bag in your hand, even if you are a millionaire. Receptionist will think you a poor person and does not tell you they have a private parking space for you. Come in with a placard saying " I am checking in, do not shoot" they do not check if you requested a parking space reservation nor you had book for another day. Customer service was not applied here in this person. She needs to move to a happy job Mostly Hotels Receptionists will great you " Hello, Welcome" they just says" in a low tone, not sure, "Ola" definitely not professional. We end up parking in the public parking, she offered the hotel parking space by now my husband paid the one day park

Brand new hotel located right next to Yamaguchi Park. Room had a beautiful view of the park. Service staff were professional and helpful. Short car ride to the airport as well. Good for a short stay

Great place to stay in this part of town close to the Navarra University. A big plus is Yamaguchi park across the street with nice trails and plenty of benches to sit and enjoy your surroundings. Let’s not forget to mention the staff was very welcoming and cordial.
