The staff were so kind and helpful. I fell ill with gastro and I was given such a lot of help, and willingness to do more if I needed it. The room was spotlessly clean and access is easy. I would highly recommend this lovely place.

El barrio es muy comercial y entretenido y caminado a la Catedral y a la Estacion RENFE. Muy cómodo.

The receptionist was very helpful, she did a great job. The facilities were good and we enjoyed our balcony. Lots of cafe, groceries, restaurants and walkable to the old city.

The room was very nice and had a little fridge! The staff were all very kind and helpful and quick to respond on WhatsApp! Overall a great experience.

Some issues checking in - the door entry number provided didn't work and only way to get help is via Whatsapp. All rooms had issues with the shower (i.e. broken door, or shower head). Walls are also paper thin. However good value for the area.

It's a low-cost, convenient place to stay in Santiago. No luxuries but it provides all the basics.

Si algo hay que destacar es la amabilidad del personal, tanto telefónicamente como en presencial.

Las habitaciones son bonitas y cómodas. Está muy bien situado, cerca de todo y con bares, restaurantes, pastelerías y tiendas nada más bajar

Unusually nice, caring and welcoming staff, smooth check-in, very clean rooms and reasonably priced. All in all, perfect!
