Very close to shopping, tourism, etc. Clean room but little black beetles came up from the drains daily. Also, the sheets gave me a rash. I never get rashes so that was odd, so maybe the detergent used to wash the sheets is too strong as I'm not allergic to anything other than perfumes.

It was a bit hard to get in as the company didn’t send all the information to get into the building. Also, the apt was an attic with windows and no curtains.

Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for 2 days later and there were little reasonable options so we quickly made reservations. There was a digital check-in and they did not send the code and we had to wait for someone to come out to enter building to get to the apartment. Furthermore, our airline rebooked for the next day, and the business would not refund our second night stay for any reason. While the place was clean and in a good location the customer service was not existent.

Being 69, I found it odd to do everything electronically. AC was not working, cleaning staff did not know how to fix it, and our last email was not answered. Perfect location, comfortable, clean and unique. A 250 euro damage deposit was requested the day before checkin, a 36 euro cleaning fee had to be paid in advance and hopefully will be returned within 48 hours as mentioned in the “rules”
