When I first arrived my room was average in cleanliness. And my extra bedding didn’t smell fresh. The cleaning standard was very poor after the first day. Luckily I kept everything very tidy, but I needed to do that bit extra in cleaning. The rooms need updating. I had asked for a walk in shower well in advance, but that didn’t happen, I had to ask for a non slip bath mat as I felt unsafe, as I struggle to get in and out of a bath. I enjoyed the holiday, I have stayed at the Jabega many times, but I feel the room standards have dropped.

Second visit within one month. We put up with the room allocation on the first visit, very outdated and at the back with no views at all. Due to the excellent location of the hotel, we booked again and were very surprised to find that we were in the same room, but two floors higher. The room was also a little smaller. The noise from other peoples aircon through the bedroom window was very loud. No use complaining as we heard lots of guests so doing to no avail. The reception staff are not interested. Suffice to say we will be staying somewhere else in future.

I had booked a beach view apartment only to be given a side view apartment so was a disappointment. I had requested to be on a lower floor for mobility issues but again this wasn't available. It was a lovely stay though and central.

No water or electric from 7.30 am while still dark and not back on till 5pm .told us tobuy bottled water from the shop next door. Towels not changed in 5nts stay. Very poor front of house wouldn't recomend

Lovely hotel in a good location with value for money.

Staff polite,patient, friendly and helpful particularly housekeeping, front reception desk and nearly all bar and restaurant staff.Very good housekeeping service , almost daily cleaning which improved the initial noticeable aroma in the room. Every effort made by staff to accommodate our needs around some initial issues around room view which Expedia also assisted with.

The room was perfect and very comfortable any member of staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. The only complaint I have is that there would be a discount if you rebook the hotel.

lovely apartment really good food and service just a pity it doesnt have a pool i know its on the beach but i hate sand lol evening entertainment could be better but well it is what it is

Food is good at a reasonable price in the cafe/restaurant below the apartments. Loads of eating areas and shops around. No pool but beach is across the road. Bed was an L shaped sofa instead of 2 single beds which I would have preferred.

Excellent apartments , fantastic location on the flat promenade overlooking the beautiful beach, plenty bars , restaurants and shops big mercadona supermarket couple of mins walk away ..Jabega staff are all fabulous including the helpful friendly reception team Oliver, Fran sorry cant remember the other staffs names ..Rooms are clean and have hob microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge pots , pans crockery etc

The rooms at the back with a city view are terrible, do not book them if you want a nights sleep. They are directly facing a cocktail bar which is very lively till 2am.

Reception and housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and efficient and are always happy to go the extra mile to help. Not our first visit and will not be our last 🙂
