Location is great. However the AC was not working properly. Also check in is not seemless. Linen needs to be improved

Very clean and spacious and quiet and very safe to stay. I like the location that it’s just a walking distance to the Alameda de Hercules with variety of restaurants. It’s so easy to communicate with the owner/ manager by What’s App who is very accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

The location was perfect, lots of restaurants just around the corner. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The furniture could use an update.

This was a great little place. Right next to the nightlife. Only 1/2 block from the bars.. or The Columns restaurant opens at 6 for coffee if that's more your style. Was very noisy on Friday and Saturday night, but you can't beat the convenient location. Sweet gated apartment, includes a washing machine which I badly needed after a week elsewhere. Comfortable bed - check the closet for some softer pillows, too.

Great location, within a 30 minute walk of every place I wanted to see. Plenty of restaurants and a market right around the corner. Wifi was good, kitchen had most of the basics, furniture was comfortable.

Jose went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. The apartment was in good shape in a nice, safe, local neighborhood. Good facilities. Would stay there again.

Overall, the apartment was in decent condition for a budget tourist apartment in the city center. Check in was easy, but we did have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come, as there is no open office like you would see in a hotel. However, it wasn’t a problem as we’ve rented European apartments on vacation before and this is pretty typical to expect. You just ring the bell and someone makes their way to you at the door. What I liked the most about the place was being right in the city center, the rooftop terrace with tables to have a beer or dinner, well working shower, and a central AC unit (not common in Spanish apartments). My biggest complaint was the dirty linens with hair on them and a nasty glob of hair in the tub drain. I don’t think the place was cleaned well or the sheets changed before we arrived. I had to scrub the shower myself and ask for fresh linens, which were not available until the next day, as we didn’t realize the problem until after office hours at night before bed. It may have been a one off bad day with the cleaning person, but obviously I can’t say for sure. Overall though, despite the negative, I’d stay again and just be more mindful of cleanliness at check-in so it’s not a surprise you need something cleaned or freshened before the staff leaves for the day.

Excellent choice of accommodation. Clean, spacious, bright apartment with all facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to historic centre. Will definitely stay there again.

Location good, apartment required better quality control eg: dirty sock and lots of fluff under bed, faucet fixture in bathroom loose, had to wait a long time upon check in for property manager.

The apartment was well furnished but could use some updating. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. We were given two towels and two hand towels for the three nights we were there, could have given us a few extra. Location was awesome, so close to everything.

The place was dirty. Lack of supplies like soap and bathroom tissue. Beds uncomfortable. Towels were old and rough. Roach in kitchen. Does not recommend. For the price we could have found a much better place.

The hotel is in a great location near the Alameda de Hercules square where there many bars and restaurants and the underground parking for 15 euros a night is very good. There is no hairdryer or kettle in the room and the room furnishings were old and tired the bed was firm and the bedding could do with replacing.

The apartments are nice, with everything you need. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The location is near lots of bars and restaurants, so there is some noise at night, but it didn't really bother us as we were in late ourselves. I would stay here again.

The building is in a great location and there is a nice central courtyard. The room is minimally appointed but worked fine for our needs. There is a hop on bus stop nearby and on site parking, We were also able to walk to many of the attractions from the apartment.

Was great for Europe. If you are comparing it to an American apartment you will be surprised, but that is true of any place you stay over here. Very hospitable and great food and entertainment choices just steps outside the door.
