Comfortable, modern apartment within walking distance of the City of Arts and Sciences. Valencia centre is a short bus ride away. We managed to find a parking spot in a nearby street, but we got lucky. Parking spots were very rare. Very friendly staff.

Very nice room with sofa bed in the living room, would have liked to have been able to separate the two beds in the main room as it said twin but the bedding was cover both meaning the could not be separated. The room was clean and perfect for us. The man that checked us in, did not speak to us in English despite us speaking English to him. Luckily my kids speak Spanish so it was not an issue for us, for tourists that do not speak any spanish the lady next to him was speaking to her guests in English so I am sure you can ask. Great location and Valencia is beautiful. It was bank holiday when we were there and unfortunately all the shops in the city were closed which surprised us as all other big cities have always been open on bank holidays, we weren’t there for shopping so it wasn’t a big issue. Would definitely stay again.

The location was good. The room was spacious. My only complaint is that they didn't provide any tissue paper - ie, Kleenex.

Overall the stay was ok. Location is good, almost everthing is within walking distance and always a joy thanks to the proximity of the huuuge park. Cleanliness so so. Old shampoo bottle in bathroom, no shampoo, a lot of dust under the bed. Not terrible but can be done better. Staff at the reception was reactive for issues, although execution through cleaning staff annoying and sometimes not functioning. Beds are good, location quiet at night. Don't expect charm in the rooms, their are functional but not more. Would clearly rate the Apparthotel as a solid 3star, but definitely not 4star. Overall too expensive what it was.

Very conveniently located in a quiet area and within easy walking distance to the green belt and the the ‘old town’ area, Russafa, the modern arts and sciences museum area, etc. The room was quite comfortable with a small balcony, the kitchen was pretty well equipped - notably with a little packet that included cleaning supplies and little bottles of olive oil that my husband the cook very much appreciated! Staff was super friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

I can't fault the room, it was great to have a balcony and the bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and I was very pleased to see a pod espresso maker, with pods provided. The rainfall shower was amazing too, and I loved the shower gel and slippers. The Hotel is well located for walking routes and public transport and there were nice cafes and bars in walking distance. The staff were really friendly and they provided luggage storage after checkout on our last day, at no extra cost, which was great as we had a late flight home.

Hotels room was big and clean . The room has small kitchen, microwave, a god size mini fridge. Air conditioning and heating are good . Tv is a good size . Sofa and small dining table with chairs . Bathroom is great . Only amenities maybee not at all .! Location is not in the old town but is close the other attractions and bus connections are excellent . Not to many options for diner out close , because is more a business area but in 4-5 block you can find some good dinner restaurants.! Front desk and cleaning personal are nice and very accessible for anything . This property is a 9.5/10 in my opinion !

A great apartment, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Location is also good, just a five minute walk into the Central Park. Would definitely recommend.

The apartments are in a great location across for the Turia gardens and not far from the science museum park. The reception team were really helpful when we emailed ahead of our trip, and we found the option to leave luggage at the building before our check in and after check out a real bonus. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Very modern and clean with everything we needed for our stay. The only issue we found was noise from the street at times was loud.

Nice clean room, good kitchen area. They didn't make up the sofa bed for the kids but the front staff were happy to get us the extra blankets.
