The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice.

I was surprised to find an outdoor deck area. Although I didn't use it because the outdoor temperature wasn't warm enough yet, but it would be a good addition in the warm days. The room was spacious and clean. The person who checked me in gave me a very detailed guide to the city and recommended places to go and restaurants to eat at. It might not be a standard part of amenities in Spain but I wish they provided me a box of tissue paper. I wish there were a hook to hang a hand towel on, and a sliding door or curtain in the shower area. Even though I tried to be careful, the floor got wet. (I know the door-less shower is very popular in hotels these days. Maybe I need to be trained?)

We had a great two night break at the accommodation. Staff were so helpful at check in and shared knowledge on where to eat, talked through interesting places to visit and shared how to get there either by foot or public transport. This made a big difference to our short 2 night stay as we didn’t need to navigate it from scratch. The rooms are spotless and the beds/bedding are AMAZING. Our room also had a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Highly recommend 👌

The room was very clean. Location perfect too. Loved the bed, really helped us have a wonderful sleep. Oskar was super helpful and the communication was great throughout. The suites are on a hill but it isnt too difficult to walk up, there is a good supermarket within 1 minute walk.

Great location for exploring the city. Rooms were super clean & comfortable. Great shower and could not have asked for any more. Coffee machine & location to a supermarket was spot on and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Oskar is the best. Super nice and very helpful. He shared about some of the highlights that we might like and we did. There are fruits and veggies stands just down the hill and a market with many different dining options. It’s an uphill climb but there’s an escalator coming up the hill that’s available. There’s a laundry mat that’s very clean just down the hill. Cleanest laundry mat I’ve ever seen/used. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent location. Walkable to very nice restaurants and tapas bars. Super helpful staff. It looks like the property was newly renovated so everything was in great condition. Super comfortable beds. Easy access. We would definitely stay there again!

The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern and a very short walk into Santander centre. The Center Suites have a multilingual self check in machine and lots of information was provided in advance. Upon arrival we were met by Mar and Irina; two wonderfully friendly ladies who assisted us and provided us with so much useful information about the city, recommending places to visit, how to get there by bus, boat, walking etc. and recommending places to eat and drink. They checked everything was in order with the room and just added a level of personal service that you don’t get in many places these days. Fabulous !

The team was extremely communicative and helpful before and during our stay. They checked in a few days before our arrival. We got in ahead of schedule and the team had the room available. The room was spacious and modern. The terrace was a nice touch and space - we look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend

Surprisingly hidden gem in the city. Very new and modern. Staff was excellent in checking in and providing recommendations.

This place is absolutely fantastic. If you want a place that is close enough to the bustling center (5-10 min walk), but tucked into a quintessential Santander neighborhood, has everything you need including a great bed and top notch pillows, coffee, microwave and mini fridge, this is it. The staff keep it impeccably clean, and are around and available when you need but also just do their thing. Super friendly communicative as well. You can find pinchos and cañas both down the block and around the corner. Don’t miss the fish market just two blocks away!

Very nice place, clean & good location

The staff were incredibly patient and kind. Room very clean. It is on a street with a steep incline so could be tough if elderly and or you have lots of luggage. Close to Market de esperanza.

Super clean, big room, nice staff. Residential neighborhood so a 10 minute walk to the center. Not in the heart of things and no lobby as it is kind of an "apart-hotel" but the size, cleanliness and price made it a pleasant, memorable stay. Staff was super kind and welcoming. Note that there is not a 24 hour front desk but access and check in was super easy.

The accommodations were impeccable. Maya was very helpful with recommendations. The location is a couple of blocks from the center. Parking can be a bit challenging but again Maya was very helpful. The facility is located on a sloped street but the town has installed electric escalators which are located about 300’ from the property door as you exit left.

This is a very small, quiet, low key place to stay. They don't have a full-time person at the desk but they arrange to be there for your check-in and are beyond kind and friendly. The room was immaculate and there was a little outdoor patio attached. The hotel is located in a steep hill but there are outdoor escalators only one block over that run from 6am-12am.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room and great price

Had a great stay in Santander with Oskar and team, everybody was very helpful allowing us to leave bags before check in, making sure the bed configuration was comfortable for four friends and answering any questions we had. Great location near to the bus stop, supermarket next door and all of Santander a walkable distance away. Thanks!
