Nobody dont know English. Hard to communicate. Late check-in is frightening; there's nobody at reception except one person, and that person doesn't speak English. It's like an abandoned building. Don't bother looking for fork or knife etc. at breakfast, as it's not an international hotel; they won't provide any. Communication is a big trouble.
