Staff in the cafeteria was horrible, need to be more professional

Room was nice , specious and clean , no complaints about housekeeping, but this far from city center, in case if you are first time tourist, this is not the place you would love to stay. My most disappointing experience was , the breakfast option, since we were 4 , me my husband and my two kids, because of the breakfast that nightly rate increased almost double, I totally get that , but breakfast buffet was not as we expected, specifically the lady who was working there , very unprofessional, rude , as if we are eating for free , we paid a lot …. Just because of the breakfast. They need to teach her first how to treat guest. Paid Almost $160 for a night in weeken, and weekdays was little less .

Room for two was SO small, I had to rent a second room.

Great location for our purposes. Loved the hotel and the underground parking. Very friendly and accommodation staff. Good breakfast. No complaints.

The place is special, funny and different. I needed a hotel for 1 night and on the information says it was close from the Madrid Barajas Airport, but this hotel it’s on the outside of Madrid. Getting there can take some time and expensive taxi’s fares.

Nice service. Big. Grocery store very near. Clean. Good breakfast but no eggs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good. We returned to this hotel at the end of our trip because we were so satisfied.

Well located and we easily walked to everything. Train station is close and for less than $3 euros you are in Puerta del Sol.

Great hotel, well priced and convenient for Madrid and the surrounding areas. Second time we've stayed there and will definitely stay again.

On arriving, had to wait to check in as receptionist was on phone. Not v friendly or welcoming but location ideal for Pinto and family visits. Clean but not cosy. Sound echoes around the corridors. Perfectly adequate and good value for 2 nights. Strange that payment wasn’t taken until check out. Breakfast as expected: fruit, croissants, ham, cheese, toast, coffee, etc., on self serve. Cereal also available but food choice spread out across three areas (probably due to Covid safety measures) so there’s quite a bit of walking around.

Hotel further from the centre of Madrid than I thought, friendly staff and clean, only problem is the breakfast was limited and there was no bar to enjoy a drink in the night, or no tea coffee facilities in the room, hairdryer didn't work, and room lacked storage but modern decor and helpful staff

Nice place to rest! We use it as stop coming back from Porto to Barcelona.

All good. Just a small remark try to isolate the rooms doors. Corridor noise pass through the open door gaps

Great place. A jewel. train Station is not exactly next door but a couple of streets down. Staff is A+++, room was great, 30 minutes train ride to Madrid center, Metro takes you to Airport, Madrid Centro and Pinto uses a train extension (Cercania) that takes you to the center of the action. Just spend a little of bit of time studying the map, ask the staff and it will be both a great exercise and experience. Food around the hotel is cheeeaaappp and there is a little park close to the hotel with a restaurant inside that is very very good and fair prices. In summary a jewel. One last thing, very safe to walk around at every hour of day and night.
