The hotel was difficult to find as it was in a complex and we had to ask the security guard, it would be helpful to have a sign at the front. In the hotel there was only a vending machine for drinks and snacks and no tea making facilities in the room. The room was clean and a comfortable bed but would not recommend it. Sorry

Room was clean and staff were very helpful. The location was on a university campus so that was interesting. They were having an event so did not get to try the restaurant. There was a cafeteria nearby on the campus where one could get a meal. I had rented a plug-in hybrid car and they had two chargers there for use for free which wad a nice amenity. I chose it so I could be close to Madrid airport for my flight home. Overall it was a nice place and would recommend it.

Its a bit far from everything but a great place to stay.

Nice bedroom, spacious, clean, quiet. Good option if you go driving, as public transport can be a bit difficult in the evening. It`s easy to go to town, but on the way back it was difficult to get off at the right bus stop, also another 15 min walk, depending on the time of the evening might not be ideal.

Really good option, service is good, rooms are fine and clean, at this no-frills hotel. It is a 10-min walk to the bus stop on the way back to the city, there are plenty of buses though, so highly recommended stay if you are not too tight in time (to go back and forth to the city).

The staff was great, but the hotel was just inconveniently located and very hard for Uber drivers to find. Getting to the city center by metro was possible, but definitely required effort. Ubers were a bit pricey to go back and forth. The hotel was decent as the room and it had vending machines that only accept cash! I also never found the cafeteria on the premises, Would I stay here again? If absolutely necessary. There’s nothing really wrong with it, per se, and would work for a quick stay.

Hotel is very nice, clean and not noisy. It is located on the outskirts of the town adjacent to the university.

Property was clean with a peaceful and safe ambience. The property is not reachable by City transport, quite away from centre. It will take more than one hour to reach the property from centre and connectivity is not so good.

Well it is word location , not easy to get . You wil understand when you get there. The room had word smell like someone smocked before theire and they deodorized . The real problem was when I took a shower . They water did not want to drain from thin base , good I find out in time otherwise the water will overflow on the floor . Second nightmare was the hot water was on timer or so . I just wash my hair and put soap on my body and when I try to rinse the warm water changed to cold . I did not rinse well , just get out of the shower . When they save the water and energy that way, it is shame on them . There are hitter in the room the nights are still cold was nice to have the hotter but weak me up at night because was making some noise . The service was very nice and friendly . I also eat breakfast there , it was really inexpensive and good quality . For 2.50 euros I got coffe , orange juice, toast with smocked salmon and some fruit . It was planty, super nice servers . That what make the place nice. I recommend the hotel but when you arrive check the shower which is super modern , but the problem with draining and hot water you will be not able take your shower . I was on rush , I did not have time to talk with the services there . Have Navigation to get there is very word area . I thing the restaurant running gastronomy school and they are learning that why is so cheap. They easily could charge 5 euros and still bill be good deal .

Big value for money ... really good to reach IFEMA and the airport with little traffic in the morning

Fui para conhecer Madri , o único ponto negativo é a distância da cidade, o Uber é muito caro e por isso muitas vezes não compensa fica tão longe, mas o hotel é ótimo e o atendimento perfeito

Por lo general esta bien , pero se echa en falta algunos servicios, cafetería, restaurante Hay que desplazarse
