The rooms were clean spacious and very modern, we loved our time here

Location/ location perfect spot

Although a little strange, self checking in was remarkably simple (remember to look at WhatsApp for comms with smartr). The room was clean, amenities appropriate, excellent location etc. Even easier check-out. If you don't need traditional hotel facilities and only need a place to stay, Smartr is excellent value for money, couldn't recommend it enough.

Overall a very good accommodation. Very clean rooms , great facilities in the property, great location for the public transport. Communication can be a bit improved and definitely improvement needed it on the check-in process and details. We have given those details just few hours before our arrival and this was making me and my family slightly nervous as we’re in the airport and we didn’t have the room and property details. True we have received those details but just before boarding the flight! Not ideal I would say! Overall we have enjoyed our stay at Smartr Turia Valencia and we’ll definitely recommend it!

Super clean studio apartment. We stayed for 6 nights and it was roomy enough for 2 of us. Street noise in the mornings at the park (events, etc), but pleasant being right next to the park. We like to walk, so the little distance to old town wasn’t a problem.

Our room was really spacious, comfortable and quiet, which we really appreciated. Location-wise, easy access to metro and bus, on Turia park which is a fantastic green belt, and within walking distance to the old town. We were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend.

Yes, it’s got more than the basics to make one comfortable.

Great place! Nice location and really clean. The only downside for us was that it was on ground floor and couldn’t really open the blinds so was lacking natural light

Bel appartement,propre et bien équipé. Hôtel bien situé pour la visite à pied ou en transport en commun. Seul bémol notre appartement était au rez de chaussée avec les fenêtres donnant sur la rue très passante donc impossible de les ouvrir pas plus que les rideaux obscurcissant sans que les passants ne nous observent Bon hôtel mais assurer vous de la situation de votre appartement

We really enjoyed the Smartr Valencia. The room (living room with one bedroom and a bathroom was compact, especially when the sofa bed was out but everything was in perfect order. The location was good too - close to Túria station although valencia is a very walkable city and the proximity to Turia Gardens meant a lot of the time we just went down into the gardens and walked across the city in the peace and tranquility of the garden while the traffic was all above us on the roads. Our only slight negative was that as a new guest we would have expected a new (complete) toilet roll and in an ideal world it would be excellent to have a small washing up liquid in the apartment. However these are minor points easily rectified with a trip to Mercadona and we would definitely recommend this property.

Location was excellent - it's walking distance from the central station around 30 min or 20 min on the bus It's also walking distance to the BioParc (highly recommend) and Central Market/Cathedral There is a shopping mall about 5-10 min away for groceries, cafes, pubs, restaurants and some fast food places

Excellent communication and easy self check in. Great location, with a metro stop 4 minutes walk away, and a 20 minute walk to the centre. There is a large supermarket next to the metro stop as well as bars and restaurants nearby. The room was modern, spotless and well equipped. There is a small gym downstairs with a treadmill, bike, dumbbells and a weight bench which is as added bonus.

Location fairly convenient, 3min walk from Turia metro station and within walking distance into the city centre. The property is modern, fairly spacious, clean and well equipped. There is no reception but the self check-in worked fine. It sits right next to a busy road and my studio was on the ground floor right next to the pedestrian path with a lot of foot traffic - and plenty of noise, so earplugs are pretty much necessary.

Everything was perfect and clean, the Kitchen supplies, the confortable beds, the access, etc. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the room was missing for all four days that we we stayed there. The lady never went to our área to do the cleaning of the room.

We had an awesome stay. We felt like we were locals. Great way to blend in and.enjoy the culture. Walking distance from many attractions including a mall with lots of food choices. Even though this is a non reception hotel. I was in touch with an actual person via WhatsApp. I even left an item behind and I was able to go back and get it. For that, i will always be grateful.
