Lovely apartment in a very central location just ten minutes walk from the València north train station. Very helpful staff and a delightful stay. We will be back!

Location is perfect for the Ultimate Valencia Experience. Excellent to have cooking facilities as well as laundry ensuite. Staff are super friendly but only available on request for initial meet-and-greet.

We loved this apartment in Old Town Valencia. It was great to have the space and well appointed rooms. It was a fabulous visit!

Myself and my husband stayed at the studio apartment for 4 nights in October. We were very pleased with the apartment, the location was fantastic, right in the centre of tge old town area. Communication with company to organise access was very good abd the lady that met us was very polite and helpful. You will need to oay a security deposit, which is nornal for this type of accommodation. We could happily have stayed here longer.

Superb city centre location. The apartment was excellent and very spacious. Our agent was polite and very helpful. I have to give Carlos a shout out for allowing us to keep our luggage at the company offices after check out.

Half the stay we either didn't have internet or toilet paper or some combo of the two. We got locked out on the patio (if you close the door you can't open it from the outside), also locked our friend inside (you can't open the door from the inside without a key) & there was no signage or warning about this. Great location, but very hard to find. It was an Apt building with no signage, I had been expecting a hotel or some sort of organized check in based on the advertisement but it's an Air B&B style apt. The restaurant below is delicious but you hear them setting up tables outside at 8 am, crowds dining until 1am and then table tear down until 2:30am - the walls are very thin.

Wonderful location - walkable to everything we could have wanted. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. On the downside, lots of street noise and check-in/key was awkward to coordinate.

Unique location!

The Apartment was in the heart of Valencia. Easy access to all the sites, Cafes, and restaurants. The unit accommodated our family of five quite comfortably. It was not oversized but it met all our needs for a three day two night trip to this beautiful city.

A full apartment un the old section, walking distance from all the sites. Clean and spacious. One warning: The operation seemed "green" in 2024. They created last minute confussion concerning the security deposit. Im sure they will iron this out as they mature.

Our two-bedroom apartment was in prime location! The room was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with essentials. Will definitely return!

Quite noisy at night. Air conditioning didn’t work properly

Fue imposible dormir. Hay un bar justo bajo en el que recogen las sillas a la 1 am y despiertan a todo el mundo. La casa huele a comida todo el dia, nos encontramos dos cucarachas y el wifi no funciona

Luxury Boutique apartments did prove to be a hidden gem in Valencia. Just perfect - I’ll book again in the (near) future. And!! Valencia is beautiful, gracecious, happy - a warm home! Gogogo!

Muy mala rente pensando que era un hotel y es un departamento. Hay que esperar. Hay que te lleven las llaves. La persona déspota mucho ruido está en la zona de la redonda la calle para ingresar sucia y huele muy mal. Piden un depósito no especificado de $200 euros Van 17 días y no me lo reembolsen, dijeron que a las 72 horas me daban me he comunicado muchas veces y ponen 1000 pretextos que el banco y que su contador, etc. no me lo han Reembolsado, es un fraude este lugar, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto
