1. Check in took 45 minutes! The weather was hot. The guest took the key to the room in the basement but when they went down to the basement, they didn't have the key (the owner said the staff took it). They had to trudge up the stairs (there were no stairs or elevators, so they had to climb the basement). Waited for nearly 20 minutes for the shipper to deliver the key. During the whole waiting time, they didn't even say sorry. The service is terrible! Every time they have a house, they open it up for rent but they don't know how to provide services! 2. The room: nice, but not clean and dusty (rarely cleaned daily). No drinking water available. The furniture is generally adequate, but every time I touch something, I have to wash it again because it's covered in dust! 3. The check out time is unreasonable: I had to wait after checking in (due to the owner's fault) but when checking out, they said I had to move out at exactly 11am. Even though I have a small child.
