Everything you need is walking distance. No need to have a car.

Charming, clean and comfortable with 2 wonderful breakfast spots right next door. Roberta was so nice and helpful, she’s just the best!

Nice rooms. But we wore 7 couples and not everybody had a nice room. Most wore small and noice.

Extremely well located boutique hotel in the heart of Polanco (Polanquito). Normally when I’m in the city I stay with friends but this time opted to find my own accommodation and this property did not disappoint. There are plenty of dining options in the immediate vicinity(within a couple hundred feet walking distance) including the well known Niddo Café which is part of the property and immediately downstairs. Very quiet and safe area with good police presence safeguarding locals and tourists as well. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating at all times — all the way from the front desk manager(Arturo, who’s a gem of a person, always smiling and happy to help with anything), to the housekeeping team, and security guards. Overall had a phenomenal stay with a few minimal observations, remarks and comments that I will share directly with the management team of the property.

Loved this hotel. Very comfortable, safe. Great neighborhood. So many restaurants and parks in both directions.

The staff members were very nice and we had a great experience there!!!! The location is amazing and there are so many nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

Everything great, just 2 things we didn't like: - The bathroom ridiculous small - We didn't like the bed (this is personal)
