1. Parking is very limited, especially during our stay, as new rooms were being built, so the exit was often blocked by trucks carrying materials. The hotel's service is lacking. 2. Hot water for showering is very limited. 3. Bathroom equipment, such as a clogged shower, needs to be serviced frequently, resulting in very little water.

The place is comfortable, the service is great, and the view from the room in the morning is the best, directly overlooking the mountain. Overall, it's great, nothing disappoints.

The villa is at the top of Gundaling... the view is beautiful in the morning... at night it is very dark because there is not enough lighting
