I booked this hotel through an app based on the photos and descriptions of the amenities. The reality was far, far from what was promised.
The photos and videos I've attached are the actual condition of the room I received.
Room condition:
- Musty and uninhabitable smell
- Moldy walls and ceiling hanging from the ceiling
- Holes in the ceiling, unkempt appearance
- No hot water, even though it says it's available
- I don't know if the sheets or blankets were there, but there was a faint smell of saliva
- The room felt like an old, unused room, not for guests
Most disturbing:
I'm left wondering, is this really a customer room, or is it actually a dormant room? Or even a rest room for employees?
It's unreasonable to offer such conditions to paying guests, even at a low price.
A low price shouldn't be an excuse to deceive customers.
If the amenities are listed as A, then what's provided should also be A.
Not B, C, or even an unsuitable empty room.
In conclusion,
- The descriptions and visuals in the app are misleading.
- The quality of hotel management is very poor.
- I felt disrespected as a guest.
- I do not recommend this hotel at all, unless you are prepared to accept a room that is unsuitable, poorly maintained, and disappointing.
