Suite room downstairs. Everything is good, no problems. The hotel seems new. Parking is good. Only the curtains that use curtains that are not completely closed, like office curtains.

For the condition of the hotel, it looks new so it's clean and okay. However, it seems that it would be better if there was a special receptionist so they could serve the needs of the guests & give a good impression to the guests. Then, it might be better if the guests were given information, what facilities are obtained? for example, is there a daily room cleaning service? is there a daily towel change service? Honestly, I often wa to the number provided for these things where usually it is automatically provided. hopefully in the future it can be better, thank you
