The staff seemed rude upon check-in. It's okay to bring a motorbike here because it's chained so it's safe. The problem is the quality of the room. It's terrible, the lights are dim, the bathroom is dim and there are no amenities. The room is also full of spiders, the AC is not cold. Even the curtains are crooked and have never been tidied up. Access to the room is up stairs, and the corridor lights are dark. It's really not worth it, especially if you book directly. If you book directly, the starting price is 150k. It's cheaper on Traveloka. The only good thing about this hotel is its location because it's close to restaurants and minimarkets, and it's close to religious and historical sites. Apart from that, there's nothing good about this hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly. The location is very strategic. The facilities are commensurate with the price. The TV in our room didn't work, and the shower didn't work, but there was still hot and cold water. If you don't ask for towels, they won't be given them. There's no soap available.
