A bit off the beaten path in Casa Micciola, this hotel was oustanding in every way. From decor( recently entirely renovated and it showed in glorious fashion. You felt like an honored guest Breakast buffet included plus eggs to order. The hotel offered shuttie & taxi service plus dining & bar at normal hours. The staff! From the bar to the dining to reception & concierge, your every need wss met the soa! Awesome. Rooftop snacks & bar, elegant pool. See photos.

One of our most amazing hotel stays. Truly a wellness paradise and the staff is just remarkable. Our 4 yr old daughter got sick and they went above and beyond to assist. The indoor thermal pool and outdoor pool was exceptional. We cant wait to return.

This is a lovely spa - amazing people who run the hotel. In the shoulder season of October - it's not a super busy area and feels a little isolated. For spa treatments - superb! If you are looking for walking restaurants or any shopping - this is not the area. This is truly a 'spa' and so enjoy their many many treatments - because they really cater to you. Then take a taxi to the other areas for food, activity, shopping:)

Am amazing experience. We were pampered and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. I’m only sorry we didn’t stay longer. I am recommending to everyone!!!

This Relais & Chateau on Ischia Island was superb. Upon arrival we were treated royally. The staff members were so gracious. Specifically Electra, a waitress and Victorrio, the restaurant manager. Barbara, my masseuse, was excellent and extremely nice. We loved the terrace restaurant which was more informal w great views. I couldn’t get over the fact that at lunch on the terrace the waitress asked me if I would prefer having the same dessert I had the night before!!! I was shocked that she would know even though I did not see her there for that dinner. The property is like a palace. The furnishings exquisite. We swam in the heated thermal springs indoor pool which was beautifully tilled throughout. The outdoor pool was also beautiful but we didn’t have time to get there. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days without leaving it. So relaxing and beautiful.

A lovely hotel with great staff, it would have been good to have a bit more information about the evening entertainment.

The hote, room was great, although ours didn’t have a balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was very good. Also the gym and Spa was excellent.

Booked specifically after seeing the hot thermal bath they have which was wonderful. It also has a beautiful roof pool, bar and seating area which had lovely views around of the mountain. The hotel décor is lush ,with marble statues at every turn and gorgeous venetian glass chandeliers. It felt super luxurious and the staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Angelina who greeted us when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and we made use of the very useful and free shuttle service to get to and from the small beach resort of Lacco Ameno and also Ischia Port. It was my birthday whilst we were there and they left a nice bottle of prosecco in the room for me. Thank you everyone at the hotel for making my birthday treat such a special experience.

An amazing hotel. The staff can't do enough for their guests. The facilities including the Spa, 2 swimming pools, a roof garden and bar. The spa facilities are open till 10pm so plenty of time to enjoy all that the hotel has to offer. There is also a fantastic free shuttle service provided by the hotel, which is ideal if you want to head out else where on the Island. I can't recommend this place enough, I will definitely be returning.

Nice relaxing break. Lovely hotel & exceptional staff. Only slight let downs. Village the hotel is situated in has nothing to offer. The shuttle bus shuts off early in the week,

This island in itself was a very pleasant surprise. But add in the hotel, the staff, the spa and thermal pool and this is a keeper. We were picked up at the port by their shuttle and brought back to the hotel. We enjoyed out time at the pool (although it is rather small), the port city, the spa for very reasonable massages, and our meals. There is no reason to leave the property although we ventured out twice. Once into the port town for some great shopping and a visit to the castle. Again, the hotel shuttle took us and arranged a pick up time for us to return. We also went to the local area at the bottom of the hill for a gelato one night and walked the 15 minutes back. It is a very safe area. Our room was upgraded to include a very large balcony. The only downside to the room was the bathroom was a little cramped with a small shower - but it wasn't a deal stopper.

hotel was amazing, beautiful design, food was great especially if you enjoy unique creations no basic spaghetti and meatballs at this hotel had a huge workout room and spa area indoor thermal pool (very warm) and outdoor pool on the roof top which was not heated and really should have been. I would definitely stay again at this hotel, it was a fantastic luxury hotel on a beautiful island full of mountains and covered in a dense forest the ferry to/from the island from naples was 1 hour and not difficult to use the hotel staff were amazing, they really treat everyone like royalty they also upgraded our room on check-in which was very nice of them and very much appreciated

Great spa hotel, clean luxury rooms, nice staff...Wrote a long review but upon submitting Hotels.com site failed so won't bother writing again.
