The hotel is great. But the location is not very convenient

Everything was excellent.

The grounds were clean, safe and walkable. I speak basic Portuguese and used the Yango app to go anywhere I needed so didn't feel confined. The neighborhood is quiet and safe but because they don't quite know how tobtreat their tourists you don"t walk outside. All in all, the stay was good and the sleep was a G-d send, the bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful property with great facilities and incredibly kind and helpful staff.

Great place to stay reasonably priced staff at the hotel both in the hotel and restaurant very friendly and very accommodating nothing is too much trouble location wise could have been better but in general it’s good.

I had a pleasant stay at Protea Luanda. The staff are lovely and welcoming, which really made a positive impression. However, the service can be a bit slow at times, especially during busy periods, and the staff could benefit from being more prompt with orders. The bathroom design in the rooms was a bit off, which was a minor inconvenience. On the bright side, the pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, and I really enjoyed the rooftop bar—great for unwinding with a view. The breakfast was good, though again, the staff could improve on speed and efficiency when serving orders. The hotel's location is somewhat awkward, but I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, a decent place with some room for improvement in service speed.

It’s clean and shining

L’hôtel était parfaitement bien situé, les chambres spacieuses et bien propre le personnel aussi bien de l’accueil que du restaurant étaient constamment aux petits soins avec moi. L’équipe est très sympa et professionnel.

Séjour exceptionnel. Personnel très accueillant et toujours aux petits soins. L’hôtel en lui-même est très beau, calme et propre (même si l’entretien de la piscine pourrait être amélioré). Nous avons apprécié dîner au restaurant à l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur (prix abordables). Le petit déjeuner était très satisfaisant, copieux et varié. L’emplacement reste correct : situé à une dizaine de minutes de l’aéroport et de la gare de bus Macon, ainsi qu’à une vingtaine de minutes du quartier de Marginal (quand la circulation est fluide). L’environnement direct de l’hôtel n’est pas des plus intéressants ; il vaut mieux s’éloigner un peu pour les activités touristiques et les meilleurs restaurants. Nous aurions souhaité rester plus longtemps et recommandons vivement à plusieurs ou en solo.
