One of my new favorite hotel. Great breakfast. Nice balcon in our room. Nickel situated. Confortable bed.

Breakfast is amazing, the room is a bit bright for those who like total darkness

Was allocated room 61, on arrival it was like an oven as aircon wasn’t working. Reported this and told give it 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 25 minutes and so on just getting fobbed off. After 3 hours gave up and booked another hotel as couldn’t stay overnight there in the heat. Receptionist was trying to be helpful but couldn’t do anything without manager approval who was no where to be seen and uncontactable. Asked for refund but again basically they refused to respond to Expedia.

We stayed for one night. Small but clean room, twin beds which were comfortable. Helpful staff. Close to the cruise ship terminal. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Hotel offers breakfast for extra cost - very nice eating area.

I cannot say enough good things about Electra. She was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. She was the kindest person and so very genuine. The hotel was difficult with the beds being so low to the floors but might have been a misunderstanding from the ad on my part. It was a convenient location for an early morning ferry and Uber was only 9,00 directly to the ferry loading area.

I had a one night stay before catching a ferry. The hotel is easy to get to, very close to the airport bus stop. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't included in my rate but prices were reaonable and there was a good choice.

The front desk folks were so helpful & dependable. The room was clean & spacious. Love the fresh squeezed orange juice & the breakfast was delicious. Close to the port & lots of restaurants & shops around . Definitely will stay here again.

We stayed two nights prior to joining a cruise. We came in on a ferry and this location is excellent for both types of travel. It was an easy 15 minute walk from the sea jet ferry to the hotel and we decided to taxi to the cruise ship back at a cost of €20. The breakfast is fresh and choices are great. The cost is very reasonable (if not included) and there is a coffee machine (does lattes, espresso and cappuccinos etc) as well as a selection of tea available 24 hours off the lobby. The rooms are modern and very clean. The only concern would be if a person has a mobility issue make sure you know your room. Our room had a step up to the beds in the entrance and you need to step up from the bed area to get to the washroom. The area is close to some excellent restaurants and shops. We took the metro for €1.20 each way pp to the Plaka/Acropolis. Very easy and direct 20-25 min. I would recommend staying at this property. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Friday at the reception desk was wonderful! She was so pleasant and helpful.

Shamir at the front office was outstanding. The breakfast was great. The room was clean but small although we booked a comfort room. The shower was terrible no pressure and very small. Only the mattress in the room which was comfortable but no chair, night table or closet. There were steps in the room which was a hazard. Bed sheets were clean.
