The white sheets are turning brown, the room needs some freshening, and the bathroom needs some freshening too. The shower water smells like a small amount of urine. Wash the freshly scented sheets and blankets, and the room already smells musty.

The hotel is nice, recommended, and close to the terminal. The only suggestion is not to use wooden trays, as the cups will have a woody aroma. But overall, it's good. Thank you.

A very comfortable minimalist hotel with a strategic location.

The hotel staff are very helpful, starting from the receptionist, security, to other officers, I am very grateful, the only drawback is that when I stayed there was a ditch excavation work so access was very congested and also the parking lot was muddy which made it uncomfortable to get on and off vehicles

It's not bad, but when I stayed overnight there was excavation work so parking was limited. At 5 am I got a call to move the car, so the comfort was disturbed.

The hotel staff is friendly even though there was a problem with the AC often turning off by itself because the timer was an error, when my room was left to be cleaned & asked to be repaired it was immediately fixed The room is quite clean The room TV only has local channels but there are some error channels it seems & maybe in the future Netflix can be added as a replacement The room food & beverage menu (Non-Breakfast) for a sense of sufficiency even though it is a hotel recommendation & the price is not too expensive / standard for a hotel in its class The hallway between rooms is small so if there is noise in another room / around the hallway it might be heard in the room considering this hotel is not too big Free room mineral water, fill it yourself from the dispenser provided in the hallway on each floor of the room, either for hot, normal & cold 👍🏻. The location is suitable for those who might want to be close to the airport, Citra, Taman Palem, Green Sedayu Mall & surrounding areas because the hotel's position is in the middle of Citra 2 & Taman Palem Thank you 🙏🏻.
