Everything is top-notch. It's a great place to hang out, and the staff are all friendly. It feels like home.

This hotel has a great location, and all the facilities and services are top-notch... It's very different from the one in PIK. Yesterday, I stayed in a 3-bedroom with the kids and a nanny, and it was very comfortable 👍.

I always have a very pleasant stay at Swissotel Living Mega Kuningan. It is a luxurious hotel that offers great value for the price. The facilities are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and upscale. The room was spacious with a really nice view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We were assigned a disabled-access toilet, which was a bit inconvenient for us, but it didn’t significantly affect the overall experience. Overall, it remains a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and I would gladly return.

Clean, comfortable, friendly service, and helpful staff and security. Strategic location, spacious and cozy rooms, and secure security. Worth it for a staycation or business trip.

But the room service food menu is expensive, hehe. For breakfast in the morning, oh it's delicious, so it's worth it.

New building but the toilet is problematic

We enjoyed our stay at the Swissotel Living Mega Kuningan, especially since we were upgraded to a two-story room at no additional cost. The location is very close to Lotte Avenue Mall. The night view is typical of a big city, with tall buildings and sparkling lights. There are plenty of kids' activities, but perhaps guests could be informed about the type of activities and their location at check-in. The breakfast menu is unique, featuring a set of Japanese dishes, but the menu could be expanded.

I stayed here for four days. The Swissotel location wasn't on Gojek Maps, so I had to use the Branz Apartments (in the same building). I had some unpleasant experiences, including a faulty Wi-Fi connection. I called reception three times to fix it and requested a room change, but was refused. The pillows at this hotel were also very soft, so they immediately flattened out. The good news is that the hotel is new, so it's clean and tidy. The staff is quite friendly.
