The only good thing about this hotel is the kitchen staff. Although the food itself is very plain and basic, the staff did their best to make you feel welcome. If you like cafétéria food you might enjoy it, otherwise it’s a thumb down. If you only speak a language other than Spanish good luck getting some help. Do not leave any bill on your room tag hoping for it to be check out on your credit card because a group of people will knock hard at your door in the middle of the night to let you know you have a bill to pay. Very scary to be woke up in the middle of the night for that. We have stayed in hotels around the world and never had that experience. With that said, the hotel has a lot o potential if management can find some people that can come in and make the place comfortable. Need newer and better linens, mattresses need to be changed, they need to invest in drapes to make the rooms darker for sleeping in order to attract more people. Probably will not stay there again!

The place was clean, the services of the staff were excellent, great breakfast and clean & warm pool. I had very good time

Very clean well kept place, great facilities, direct access to the beach in the perfect area not too crowded but not isolated either. The property felt very secure, was a great place to relax and unwind. The parking lot is secured too. Staff were attentive and friendly. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend. Will be going back with out a doubt. Food was also fantastic. Drinks by the pool were great.

Terrible dinner and breakfast. I’m still waiting for the voucher for the day I didn’t stay. I left 3 bottles of soda in the fridge and 1 was stolen

Pleasant stay and what impressed me the most is that I forgot my phone in one of the lounge areas for almost half a day and I thought I lost it. When I went back looking for it, it was exactly in the same spot. No one touched it. It was such a relief. Safe and secure. Love this place. Staff is super nice and welcoming. I thought I was in a 5 star resort in the Caribbean or Cancun.

Need to improve a little on maintenance, can’t be that careless in three month that I was there, is my third time. I will come back to the hotel soon and I expect to found it better.

The rooms are not like the pictures , no sofa, no ice containers, no view at all, curtains are awful.

Great place to be in front of the beach and enjoy a getaway. The bed was not the most comfortable, and the pillows needed to be replaced desperately. The pool area was beautiful, and the food was delicious.

El lugar es muy acogedor y sus instalaciones son nuevas y cómodas.

Fue lindo y el personal fue muy atento en todo momento

Toda la ropa de cama debe ser cambiada cada vez que un nuevo huésped se hospeda, desde el protector del colchón y hacer la limpieza de la habitación todos los días, el cambio de las toallas debería ser opcional si el huésped lo desea. Por el resto una excelente atención del personal y la comida muy buena. Deberían tener opciones de snack y helado para los niños.

Excelentes espacios verdes . La atención de primera . La comida excelente y la atención fue lo mejor de todo . Hicieron la estancia un relax total
