The shower in the bathroom turned off while I was taking a shower, when I checked out, the receptionist just said "why is it like that again" without any apology or anything.. the effort is also on the 3rd floor with stairs even though there is an elevator..

Disappointed that there is no toilet or room tissue, no drink maker or dispenser, only 2 bottles of Aqua. A little soap, no elevator even though it's on level 3, not suitable for the elderly.

The hotel is really good because it's on promo and you can get the final price <200k. The only drawbacks are that there is no phone/WhatsApp number that can be contacted to the receptionist if you need something, there is a leak in the toilet bidet, and the TV doesn't have a Netflix account so you have to log in using your own account. The rest of the service and others are okay.
