Rooms are too small, And you can hear everything outside, we had a little problem with the shower.

La limpieza fue tan buena como lo esperado. El staff de lo mejor que se pueden encontrar en un Hotel. Desde la gerente hasta la gente de la limpieza, incluyendo la gente de la estacionamiento son unas personas maravillosas. Les agradezco infinito el trato que nos dieron, lo cordial lo gentil, y toda la ayuda que nos prestaron. Tristemente la estadía en Mérida, no fue de La Paz agradable, pero el personal del Hotel que hicieron que todo fluyera fácil. Chicos sinceramente les agradezco todo lo hecho por nosotros. Serán recordado siempre. Muchas muchas gracias

You are in a great location with secured parking. The plaza, were all the tourist action is at, is roughly four (4) blocks away. The hotel is right in the downtown with all the locals going in and out of the area when you step onto the side walk. Felt a safe presence even though your in the downtown district. There is a police officer at every intersection along the way when walking towards the plaza.

The room for the first night had toilet issues, the pool was not available the first day. The rooms are very small and dark. If you have heavy laugege, there are no elevators in the property.

El personal es muy atento. Las habitaciones están accesibles, tanto en precios como en ubicación. El internet funciona muy bien y las instalaciones están muy modernas, cómodas y limpias.

Although affordable and having a convenient location, it's a frills-free with the bare minimum essentials hotel. Worst part is that it is very noisy regardless of what side of rooms you are. Pool is also very small and does not look very clean. We had issues with the Internet and the TV

Close to everything in the heart of Mexico. Oxxo 24hra across the street. Bakeries 3 doors to the right or 3 doors to left. Carls Jr or McDonalds but 3 minutes walk to every restaurant and Grand plaza. Walking distance to farmers market. A true experience. Every uber right was max $3 usd. Staff was amazing and manager is on site and so nice.

For the location and the noise the hotel itself is really beautiful and comfortable.

It is the loudest hotel ive ever been in, Music, traffic, people on the street below, thats with the patio door closed. Super sketchy area, the view from my room was nasty, and thats the front of the of the hotel!!!!. Reception was not helpful at all, I booked for 4 days, left after the first night! Dont waste your time...its a nightmare!

While the hotel is clean overall, I was disappointed with some details. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised Egyptian cotton sheets, but the sheets are extremely thin, almost transparent, with no mattress cover. As someone with sensitive skin, I felt uncomfortable, possibly due to dust or allergens. I also booked this hotel because it mentioned having a bathtub, but there is only a shower, which was a disappointment. Additionally, the pillows lacked proper covers, there were no tissues in the room, the water was cold during my shower, and the drain was partially clogged. The curtains are placed too high to close easily, which let in too much light. It’s unfortunate, as the hotel has good potential with features like a large flat TV, but these issues made my stay less enjoyable. I had planned to stay two nights but will move to another hotel tomorrow and I will have to add the cost for a taxi to move place.

The stuff needs more training they not able to solve simple task I did rent 2 rooms then front desk send my cousin into a room the was remodeling process and it was book for me was so inverasing she callme and i went the room was all trash up until i went dow to frondesd no elevator very narrow entrance no big spaces

Great place and service. Just the location is in a busy area of Merida, so it's a bit noisy
