The rooms are clean, quiet, and the cool air makes for a comfortable transit experience. The staff is also helpful with event schedules. For those who want to experience Batu's cultural vibes without the hassle of parking and traffic, this hotel is highly recommended.

Coincidentally, while we were staying in Batu City, there was a major event planned for the next day, and the city's roads would be completely closed. The receptionist immediately informed us upon check-in that check-out had to be before 7 a.m. We arrived at the inn very late at night. The receptionist served us very well. We were very satisfied with the service provided.

When I first arrived, I was a bit skeptical, thinking this hotel was more like a semi-boarding house, but it turned out to be nice and clean, and more importantly, the price was very reasonable, and it was strategically located near the town square.
