The accommodation was truly exceptional — incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, with staff who were genuinely friendly and welcoming. We arrived late and were exhausted, yet we were warmly greeted and immediately offered something to drink. That first impression already spoke volumes about their hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff kindly explained everything about our room. When we entered the room, we were amazed — it was exactly as we had hoped: clean, cozy, homey, and peaceful. We stayed for five days and didn’t experience a single issue during our time there. The location was also perfect — just a short walk from Roma Termini, surrounded by great restaurants, snack shops, and cafés. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rome. Truly worth every penny!
