Awesome location, walking distance to everything. They have a rooftop bar, excellent restaurant, that includes breakfast. The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you stay in Panama

Nos recibieron muy amables, me dieron upgrade a mis dos habitaciones... la última tarde tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado y en menos de 10 minutos ya nos habían resuelto con habitaciones nuevas y nos regalaron el desayuno de la ultima mañana. Todos muy amables, real hospitalidad, hotel céntrico, habitaciones muy lindas y limpias.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located to all the main attractions of San Felipe. I had a nice room with skylights toward the back (very quiet location, room 112). The staff was very responsive to questions I had (they speak English, if you don't speak Spanish). Many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel.

Very nice place to stay, clean, convenient, and a good value. Nice to be in the Old City, but streets seem a little dark and narrow by East Coast USA standards. Wish they had an exercise room.

Great place in the heart of Casco Viejo. Staff was tremendously helpful and kind to me and my young son. Great location to walk around Casco Viejo with restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Definitely would visit again..

Beautiful small hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo with a lovely rooftop restaurant/bar. Staff were very friendly and our room and bathroom were very spacious. This property occupies both the main hotel building and the building across the street, and our room was in the building across the street. We appreciated the proximity to the rooftop restaurant (just up the flight of stairs), but would have appreciated if there had been some sort of separation between rooftop guests and hotel guests, as the elevator down was right by our room and rooftop guests were very noisy when they left the bar. Overall though, we did thoroughly enjoy our stay.

Room was small but comfortable with a nice view of the street. The hotel didn't really have any amenities. When I booked it said breakfast was included but I had to pay. There was a couple at breakfast with whose breakfast was included. Perhaps I fail to book it. The restaurant was nice but a little expensive in my opinión. I did like the location.

This hotel is jewel is beautiful and their staff is very attentive We had dinner in the restaurant of the Hotel and it was amazing.

Well positioned in the Old Town the hotel is well taken care of. Large room and bathroom but lack the storage space and hangers - to much wasted space. Could use the help of a designer. Restaurant is great, staff very useful. Overall a good experience.

Cannot say enough great things about this hotel! Upon arrival, they informed us of a malfunctioning AC in our room with Twin Beds and instead, they upgraded us to two separate rooms with Queen beds! How amazing was that! Central Location - Check Modern Amenities - Check English Speaking Staff - Check Local Insight - CHECK!!!

Very clean and comfortable.

The staff was above and beyond accommodatin g. They were so friendly and helpful. The food was incredible and it's in such a perfect area of the city couldn't ask for more.

We stayed here actually twice during our trip to Panama. On arrival and the last day before flying out. The hotel is located in a historic district. I loved the architecture of the neighborhood. The hotel is very updated. The rooms have all modern amenities. Very clean. Our last room opened to an interior courtyard which was really unique. The staff were wonderful. We had dinner in the rooftop bar that had amazing views of the city. Its location makes it easy to walk around and explore the area. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing! Everything was very clean! Loved this boutique hotel! The location in the heart of Casco Viejo is perfect! Easy to walk all over Casco Viejo (although many of the sidewalks are very old and uneven so you have to watch where you’re walking while also enjoying the sites). Numerous restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir shops and vendors, even a dedicated gluten free restaurant Celikateses for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Google self-guided walking tour of Casco Viejo and make sure to stop at the church with the world’s largest nativity scene! Everyone was very friendly and we would definitely return to Hotel San Felipe!
