Clean, staff, breakfast optional

El hotel es bonito, solo siento que los baños necesitan una buena limpieza en las paredes o pintura, la habitación excelente, limpia y amplia, la cama y almohadas súper cómodas.

Great budget hotel with minimal amenities

No hot water, toilet didn’t flush and the tap was broken in the sink. Sad because easy things to fix…

Some guests were a bit noisy, but the property was in great shape and the staff was nice.

Perfect location for a one night stay in Merida.

Clean comfortable room. Rooftop outdoor space. Free coffee.

Receptionist was very rude, my stay included breakfast and they were trying to charge me everyday, the shower was cold all the time and the water barely came out. They didn’t clean my room everyday.

The pictures that are posted do not portray the reality of the hotel. The hotel is just average, not very clean, found cockroaches upon arrival and there was no staff to clean the up so we had to do it ourselves. The pool area is unkempt and sad looking. The pillows are super uncomfortable, stuffed into too small pillowcases that make them stiff and hard. I was very very disappointed.

Close by downtown attractions.

From the moment I arrived the staff was friendly, the room was perfect and this Hotel is located in a great area close to the city center. When I return to Merida, this hotel is my top choice!

We arrived and front desk was super friendly but we had gotten to our room which had hair on the pillows and floor and the shower was gross. We left to another hotel the next day…

My first time and I love this place. Clean very nice and staff go beyond my expectations. Angel was very helpful and super friendly

The floor was dirty throughout the whole room. The bathroom was not clean. The shower had visible dirt all over the floor and it would not drain until we cleaned out the drain. The 2 towel racks were broken.

The room was dirty. They put me in a different room and it was even worse with hair on the floor everywhere! I alerted the front desk and it took them 2 days to get someone to clean after I personally looked for the housekeeper. I have pictures of chunks of long hair throughout the bedroom and bathroom, even attached to the walls of the shower stall.
