Supero mis expectativas por el precio. Tiene alberca y restaurant. No me gusto que no habia agua caliente en la regadera. No tenia traba de seguridad en la puerta. L habitacon sencilla pero de acuerdo al precio. Muy bueno para llegar a dormir

when I checked in, they didn’t have any hot water. When I asked when they were gonna get it fixed, they said they have to get a whole new unit. Had to find another property.

Terrible 1st no Hot water =zero & other Guests same problem. Loud partes until after 11.30pm, even after We and others complained. Zero service in restaurante, had get up 3 times to go. Get own drink & food. Toilet did not flush and no maintenance person. Desk would not offer even small compensation no authority.

Excelente lugar, cuidaron mucho los detalles. Solo como observación y en ayuda al medio ambiente el agua caliente debería calentarse más rápido ya que para salir de tarda mucho. Voy a regresar sin duda.

Isabel was fantastic. They changed my room as last time I was there it was very noisy. She went out of her way to accommodate me.

Dirty rooms, bed and pillow sheets were stained and with hairs. Shower was clogged, smelled bad when AC was turned on. Federal police stayed and they did marching in the morning (6am) super loud. Breakfast was included however food was cold. Customer services was not great

There was no hot water the ceiling was linking so were the faucets we were switched over to a different room and it was the same thing with no hot water.

Roaches
