The property is beautiful and so are the rooms but the staff definitely needs to work on their hospitality.

If you are visiting the U.S. Embassy in Dar es Salaam from outside the city, this hotel is within walking distance, making it a highly convenient choice.

I recently stayed at King Jada Hotel in Dar Es Salaam and I must say, the location and hotel rooms are absolutely perfect. However, I did encounter an unfortunate incident with one staff member (Jackie) who was quite rude and unprofessional. It was a disappointment and did affect my overall experience. Despite this, the rest of the staff were courteous and helpful. I believe with a bit more training and focus on customer service, this hotel could truly excel. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their service.
