Desayuno exquisito

Staff very friendly! Had a wonderful time! Restaurant was very good! Room was clean, AC worked very well.

The property is an easy 1 hr drive from the Mazatlan airport. The drive is through cattle and agricultural country which is nice. The rooms up near the office are on the main toll free route from Mazatlan to Guadalajara and the traffic noise continues to 10PM. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was good for the price.

Very old hotel, room was on the back side, away from parking, to close to the road . Very noisy! No ice available, 1 cup in the room. The saving grace was the nice pool and the restaurant and bar. Good service and food.

La estancia fue agradable, en lo general. Los alimentos en el restaurante con muy buen sazón. El único inconveniente es que en recepción siguen exigiendo y condicionando la presentación de CSF para facturar, lo cual no debería ser.

Amabilidad, eficiencia y atención de la recepción como fue un detalle de mantenimiento que solicitamos y que de inmediato resolvieron. Gracias. Con respecto a restaurante alimentos de calidad, buen sabor y a buen precio sin dejar de mencionar atención amable.

No dejaron que usáramos la alberca que porque hay clases de natación en las mañanas y en realidad no había clases estuvo solo y nosotros solo pudimos ver por fuera la alberca
