Lobby was dark reception desk was sometime sitting in the dark in a corner This supposedly was a spa hotel and spa was out of service!

Es muy limpio, el área muy limpia, excelente ubicación, segura, muy buena la cama, delicioso desayuno.

Es la mejor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. Desde el recibimiento que me dió Estefanía a las 10:00pm hasta las amenas atenciones de TODO el staff. Verdaderamente te hacen sentir Wellcomm💙 La habitación con la piscina terapéutica es espectacular!! La habitación consta con un sistema de luces que cambia de color y te ayudan a tu estado de ánimo. El rooftop está estupendo, la vista, las pizzas son exquisitas pero sobre todo las atenciones a otro nivel. El hotel ofrece desayuno en 2 cafés de los cuales puedes escoger. Es un spa hotel que lamentablemente no pude disfrutar por el corto tiempo😔Así que te recomiendo añadir 1 día a tu itinerario para disfrutar del Spa. El hotel está localizado en un área muy tranquila, segura. Todo estuvo espectacular pero guardo en mis memorias y corazón la milla extra que dieron todos en especial Estefanía!!!💙💙💙 Gracias por hacernos sentir bienvenidos y conocer el excelente equipo que tienen de trabajo que nos hicieron sentir en casa💙 Deseando regresar pronto💙

Loved the spa side of the hotel very attentive staff . My only issue was the room I booked had a jacuzzi that didnt work ...which was the whole point of booking that suite ... other than that everything was great. Clean room, great staff and service, amazing massages 💆‍♂️. Amalia was wonderful I swear she had four hands on me at one point lol.

Muy bien ubicado en Manila, en un área con variedad de restaurantes. Zona céntrica y segura. El personal súper atento. Un poco ruidoso principalmente los fines de semanas pero sin duda me volveré a hospedar siempre que regrese a Medellín.

Lovely hotel with multiple restaurants on the doorstep. The rooftop bar was a bonus. Room was nice and well-equipped. Breakfast was good.

I liked the Wellcomm Hotel and Spa very much, except for the fact they allowed someone on their staff to steal a 14 carat gold necklace from my room and did absolutely nothing about it. They know who was in my room and chose to turn a blind eye. There is nothing worse than a thief. That necklace was a cherished gift from my deceased wife.

Great location with many restaurants; safe neighborhood; small room but VERY clean; 10-15 minutes walk to the Provenza area.

Rooms can be small but you have everything you need. Spa on the property is top notch!! Breakfast can be better. No gym amenities available.
