Everything was great!

Easy check in, clean room and good access to the airport

Nice apart hotel in new Motokow neighbour, full with young people. Very close to airport Chopin, sometimes is noises, some jerks testing their muscle cars late in the evening. The police sleeping, about sleeping there are the most terrible pillow's i ever tried. Breakfast is poor, catering from somewhere, sandwich, water, strange kind of milk cream, one fruit-apple or 🍌. Every three days change the towels and once a week liniens. Close to tram station and shopping center.

Clean room, good bed, clean bathroom ànd very helpful staff.

The rooms was with out air conditioning working and the staff just told me well that is how it is i ask for a refund wich they accepted at least they told em they will refund it. I am still to see it

The rooms are basic, but do what they say on the tin. Note - this wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but there is no TV in the room despite having connection for an areal.

Great customer service, good hotel

it was the first time that I had a hotel room without any staff. You need to do the whole check-in process. It was easy and quick. What I didn't like is the way how to pay for the extras like parking. it was circumstantial and took too long time...

This was advertised as a 4-star hotel. Instead, it’s an apartment complex. The reception area was barely open. If I needed something at night, I had to call a person (when I did, he sounded like I had woken him up). Bring your own shampoo and toothpaste. The shower gel provided is heavily mixed with water. The only positive thing is the cleaners; they were polite and kind. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

Its really really good and clean

This type or room/stay was a first for me, but will absolutely do it again. Great stay for cost and great stay overall.

We checked in around 21:00 and found that the blanket in our room was small and thin. The wardrobe had an extra blanket, but it was just as small and thin. The blanket was only 130 cm wide, and the bed itself was less than 150 cm wide. We set the heating to the maximum level (6), but it still didn’t provide any warmth. In Poland, on October 27, we couldn’t imagine how we could sleep under these conditions. I went to the front desk to ask the staff for two more blankets, but she said the housekeeping staff had already left and there was nothing she could do. I left a message on the hotel’s WhatsApp, but it was the same staff member who replied, saying nothing could be done. Since we have an early flight and are only staying for a few hours, we’ll have to leave an honest review. We hope your hotel can consider providing additional blankets for guests who feel cold in the future.

My return visit here as I booked on both ends of the trip, and welcomed back, and glad I chose this place twice! New room apartment, spacious, and friendly helpful staff.
