As a guest quite often, I'm very disappointed in their service over the last 2 stays. During the last stay, they gave me a bed which above is the central aircon, which I had very bad cold cramps from, and they stubbornly refused to change my bed at check-in knowing I can't take strong coldness and said it was full for that room. A bed was, to my shocker, empty throughout the night, and here I am suffering from coldness... very mean of them.

Place is great, clean, next to Sevel and bus station, but man, I think you need to increase the security

The hotel staff is very friendly, the receptionist's WhatsApp number can be contacted and is very helpful in confirming hotel reservations, the hotel facilities are also very good.

Location : 15 minutes walking from Bugis MRT ; alternative transport : bus stop infront the hostel. Facility : Totally no toleries ameneties provided by hostel (not even show gell or sampoo) must bring your own. But they provided towel and simple breakfast. Service : Bad. The staff need to improve a lot how to do customer service. There's always room for improvement. :) taking out the staff service, Overall stay, still ok, in term of location and room comfort.

Overall the hostel was ok, but HONESTLY they really need to improve their service. I had asked nicely for a lower bunk because I have difficulty climbing, yet the girl at reception still put me on the upper one. She said the room was full, turned out the lower bed stayed empty the whole time I was there.

This place is underrated. If you not mind about the location, then it's perfect. A little too far with Bugis Stn, but there's plenty bus stop there. My bed is a bunkbed-style and get to the upbed. The bathroom/washroom has a cute design, clean, there's hairdryer, you can do laundry too, even ironing your cloth. Very simple yet cozy. It also near Masjid Sultan and Masjid Malabar, and you can find many halal food here
