The receptionist was friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning was very cool. The bathroom was also spotless. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, it's highly recommended.

It's terrible. A hotel like the Holiday Inn can do this. I checked in late at night. When I was tired and wanted to shower and rest, I saw this room—it was completely destroyed. I asked for the manager to come and check it out, but I've been waiting for half an hour and haven't received any updates. It's terrible!!!

All the staff we encountered were friendly and provided excellent service, from the receptionist, cleaning staff, breakfast staff, and security. Highly recommended for a vacation. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean, with complete bathroom amenities, a hairdryer, a beautiful view, and a clean gym and pool.

Everything's great, but in the future, perhaps we could provide hotel slippers and a Netflix account. I'm afraid there might be other hotel guests who don't have a Netflix account.

I really like the room, clean, good layout, cool. The food is delicious, thanks for the flexibility, you can bring porridge to the room when your child is fussy, but the main variation of side dishes is at least 2, for example meatballs and ....., so there are choices, there are also less seating during peak hours, so you have to wait for others to be able to use it.. swimming pool, the cleanliness is maintained, there are many cigarette butts scattered at the corners, my toddler wanted to take another one, because he doesn't understand, the staff talked less, monitor the cleanliness, bro... then at 10 o'clock they were still packing, haven't checked out, the AC turned off automatically, so they were sweating... but I like the place, you can watch a movie downstairs, the child is in the room with my husband not far away, you can take turns, if there is a tennis or padel court, it will be busy... maybe it will be better, next time I stay here again.... thank you

Check-in took a long time, apparently, because there was only one person on staff. It was a waste of time waiting in line at the front desk. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.
