I had a great stay at Location Alabin Hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient central location, within easy walking distance of Sofia's main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly, responsive, and very communicative before and during my stay. Check-in was smooth, despite me arriving 1:30 am. The room was nice, and everything was clean and well maintained. It offered excellent value for money and was a great base for exploring the city. My only suggestion for improvement is that the hotel is a little difficult to find online, as the name shown on booking sites doesn't seem to match what appears on Google Maps and search results.

Great location, easy access to metro. Friendly, helpful and very pleasant staff. Beds were very comfortable, shower was great and it's a very quiet neighborhood.

This hotel wasn’t the easiest to find and to figure out that it is on the fourth floor. But it was just what I needed training solo. It is well located. The room was tidy but I couldn’t get the safe or TV to work. However, I only used the room to sleep and bathe.

The location is amazing! Right in the center of Sofia.

Good all round experience

We stayed 4 nights in a suite for 2 people. The suite was very clean and modern looking. The bathroom was a nice size- shower had good water pressure also. We loved the airco and that we could set the temp and turn it on and off as we needed unlike a lot of other hotels. The

I would not recommend based on my experience with one staff member Mira - she is the main receptionist and quite rude and condescending. - made my last day (first interaction) with her uncomfortable. - as a SOLO traveller they are better options. - all other staff members were amazing & rooms are kept very clean.

De tog ej Amex. Frågade innan och blev lovad att det fungerade. Mitt vanliga kort dög inte heller, var tvungen att använda annat kreditkort. Otrevlig tjej i receptionen som störde både mig och mina kollegor. Annats fina rum, bra läge

Serdika metrosundan inip 7-8 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Cafe ve mağazaların oldugu caddeye bir kaç dakika yani konum olarak mükemmel bir noktada. Temizlik olarakda ilgi alaka olarak gayet güzeldi. Ücretsiz çay kahve kurabiye alabiliyorsunuz lobide . Biz cok memnun kaldık.

Very nice place, centrally located and clean rooms.

Rooms were very clean and the place is very close to the city center. It’s like a 3 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this place.
