The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. It had a lovely pool area and comfortable balconies. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond.

Clean room, Sheridan is great. Professional, sweet and helpful. Beds were comfy. Excellent pool view. The area that Palms Belize is in is kinda a rough looking residential area with no other business in the immediate vicinity. Also there is no cable on the TV so you can’t watch anything without signing into your personal streaming services.

We did not get the managet/front desk woman's name ... I'm kicking myself. She was absolutely fantastic!!! From meeting us on check-in, to getting us pizza, to getting my husband a massage. The room was spotless, the amenities were wonderful. We had to syay overnight due to plane issues ... what a great choice!!!!

Second time staying at the Palms Belize and both times was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spotless and the area was close to a grocery store, food kiosks along the street, gas station nearby to refuel one’s rental car. The hotel close to the main roads to take to get to the Mayan ruins, zoo,etc.
