Great room, great restaurant. Staff were friendly had no issues

Great hotel

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The spa was truly world-class, offering a serene and unforgettable experience. The staff were remarkably attentive and accommodating, and their excellent English made every interaction seamless. The on-site restaurant served phenomenal cuisine, turning each meal into a highlight of our stay. We only wish we could have extended our visit, and we look forward to returning on our next trip to Europe.

Spent one night here, whilst touring. As you arrive, your first thoughts are WOW! The check in service was excellent. We were tired and not thinking straight, but the young man was patient and explained everything. We were confused as we had to pay on arrival but money had already been taken off the account. That was a security deposit of 100€. The rooms were enormous. The bed was extremely comfortable. The toilet was separate to the sink and shower. Kettle, coffee machine and fridge available for your use. The Spa is definitely worth the 5€ each for the hour. A steam room, sauna, 2 hot tubs and an exercise pool plus showers. We didnt eat or drink here but the price for the night was amazing value. The whole hotel was clean and in very well maintained.

Really cool hotel. Spacious rooms, nice restaurants, quiet surroundings. It suppose to be a family friendly hotel but kids under 16 are not allowed to the swimming pool.

Hotel was great but the restaurant was terrible. Such a high quality hotel deserves better restaurant. Happy to stay in the hotel in the future if they upgrade their restaurant especially the supervisors in the restaurant are not professional while some of the waitresses are really very good.

It was good Hotel in the area.

Hotel offers pretty good accommodation and restaurant. The 4G/5G coverage in the area is terrible, however. The Hotel’s WiFi isn’t much better either. Also during my stay the Google Maps still only showed the hotel’s location at the main road Route de Virton, instead of the true location off the property at the estate.

The accommodation is new so definitely they have a lot to learn but the room itself was faultless. I wish the counter didn't upsell the breakfast because that was horrible for 25 euros per pax. The staff could not cope with the few people and most of the trays were empty at 930am. Eggs were very oily. Total lack of variety with no vegetables or salads for the morning. Lack of fruits as well. Was not worth the money at all. And that made the stay a let down.

L’hôtel est agréable, propre et correspond globalement à toutes les attentes. Les chambres sont excellentes : confortables, bien entretenues et de très bonne qualité.
Le personnel, aussi bien à la réception que dans le restaurant le soir, est vraiment professionnel, accueillant et serviable. Le seul point négatif concerne le petit-déjeuner. À 20 €, le choix proposé est trop limité par rapport à d’autres hôtels de catégorie similaire, comme par exemple Van der Valk. De plus, lorsque j’ai demandé à une dame s’il y avait des fruits secs, la réponse a été un simple « non », donné de manière plutôt sèche. Une réponse plus aimable aurait été appréciée. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour a cependant été très agréable et l’hôtel reste une bonne adresse, malgré ce petit point d’amélioration concernant le petit-déjeuner.
