The rooms are great ,with air conditioner, the staff is friendly and service is very attentive to all guests.music goes out at 10:00 pm on weekdays.

The location and staff

The staff wasn’t super friendly, but not mean. They played blasting music until midnight even on a Monday and Tuesday night so it was really hard to sleep. The walls are very thin and an air freshener sprays every 10 minutes that is very strong. The beach was nice, but you have to walk down Rocks to get to it. Not good for accessibility. The property looks to be a little worn down, and the pool was a cloudy green. We did not feel comfortable swimming in it. Restaurant had good food, but kind of pricey

This little hotel is not old - it’s ok, the restaurant is ok and the staff at the restaurant give great friendly service. There’s really nothing to do next to this little hotel and the biggest downside was that they insisted on playing loud loud music until 2 AM even when there was no one at the restaurant or near the pool it didn’t matter myself and others had to go complain several times consistently to get them to shut it off even around 2 AM. That was the only real negative part of my experience.

Hotel Cancelled my stay at last minute saying I used an online platform. Then they just never answered. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend to book with this property

El único inconveniente es que están construyendo la carretera y el acceso al hotel está confuso. Podrían detallar mejor la llegada al hotel en estos momentos. Por lo demás todo está muy bien.

Needs to improve with the rooms. Beds to small Also they took forever making our food. Waited 49 minutes just for one dish

The infrastructure is bad the noise after 8:00pm is unacceptable people want to sleep and they keep playing music after 10:00 pm

The bathroom is so dirty. Questionable brown stains on toilet and shower areas. The toilet looks like it never been wipe down or sanitize after each guests. Never stay here again.

El lugar muy bonito y tranquilo, la zona también tranquila pero las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas, cuentan con todo lo necesario! La atención perfecta, todos muy bien!

El lugar es muy bonito pero le falta mucho por crecer para comenzar la piscina se veía verde y sucia obviamente no le dan mantenimiento, pedí un cóctel de conchas q estaba en el menú pero no tenían 😕 , el wifi era muy malo la habitación era pequeña pero estaba bonita, la TV no servía y cuando hicimos el check out no había nadie cuando se supone que abren de 8am a 10pm le entregamos las llaves a una mesera. muy mala experiencia

El chico del lobby no sabía cómo poner la TV la alberca muy sucia tuvimos que ir a pagar un day pass para que el niño usara la alberca
